Process Automation
The modern world imposes exceptionally high demands on the efficiency of logistics processes.
What’s more, it is critical that this efficiency is maintained at every stage of the supply chain. Issues in even a single link typically lead to reduced efficiency across the entire chain. Achieving the required efficiency is impossible without adopting modern digital technologies.

  • The AXELOT SCM platform provides a complete toolkit for the comprehensive automation of supply chain management, where all components operate as a unified system.
  • A key advantage of AXELOT SCM is that the selection and sequence of component implementation can be totally arbitrary and driven by the unique needs of each client.
For example, you can start by automating the largest warehouses using the WMS component, then implement the TMS component to manage transportation processes, next automate the remaining smaller warehouses with the WOS component, or deploy high-level order management via the DOM component.
This customized approach ensures the fastest possible implementation of the solution while minimizing risks.
What does the automation process entail?
Depending on the initial objectives and scale of the enterprise, AXELOT offers two primary approaches to automation project implementation:
The choice of implementation technology is determined by several criteria: the complexity and standardization level of business processes at the automation site, the Client’s readiness to adapt their business processes to the system’s standard capabilities, the operational intensity of the business, and the need for rapid system adaptation to frequently changing business processes within the organization.
The optimal implementation technology is individually tailored for each Client by our functional experts during the pre-project assessment and formation of the commercial proposal.
The applied technologies are specifically adapted for implementing the AXELOT SCM platform’s products and have years of proven use. Each technology includes a clearly defined set of actions that ensure the successful implementation of the project.
Design Technology
Design Technology involves sequentially completing the following phases:
  • Survey and design
  • Implementation
  • Training and testing
  • System deployment into industrial operation
Transition to the next phase is only possible after completing the previous one.
This technology is characterized by extensive documentation and is used for automating enterprises of medium to high complexity and operational intensity, where unique business processes require detailed refinement and description.
Design technology comprises 4 phases. Each phase includes a series of tasks that lead to a finalized outcome at every stage.
Implementation project phases

Phase I. Planning and design

During the first phase of the project, our specialists conduct a detailed analysis of business processes and develop a functional scheme of the application solution aligned with these processes.

Phase II. System and warehouse preparation for launch

During the second phase of the project, our specialists configure and conduct internal testing of the system layout, adhering to the requirements outlined in the conceptual design.

Phase III. Training and acceptance testing

Methodology for conducting acceptance testing
At the third phase of the project, the final preparation of the automation facility for launch is completed, end users are trained directly on-site, and test operation of the implemented system and technical infrastructure is conducted.

Phase IV. System Deployment and Initial Support

During the fourth stage of the project, the system is put into production operation and initial maintenance begins.
