AXELOT WMS X5 has a flexible reporting system. AXELOT WMS X5 reporting includes operational and analytical reports that allow you to analyze the efficiency of the warehouse. Operational reporting allows you to obtain the following information: the current state of stocks of goods; tasks and plans for receipt and shipment; fullness of storage facilities and resources, etc.
Analytical reporting allows you to analyze: stocks and turnovers by zones and warehouses with ability to drill down for details; the productivity and efficiency of the warehouse; statistics of order fulfillment and the number of errors, etc.
AXELOT WMS X5 allows parametric customization of reports by system users in accordance with their needs

• Recourse planning

AXELOT WMS X5 predicts the required amount of resources for certain areas of work. Forecasting is performed using rates of performance of various operations. The rates can be set manually or calculated automatically based on a retrospective analysis of operations. Based on the data obtained as a result of forecasting, a decision can be made to transfer resources between work sites or attract additional resources. Effective personnel management is impossible without the introduction of motivation mechanisms for warehouse employees. AXELOT WMS X5 has the following mechanisms to ensure staff motivation:

• calculation of the employee/gang productivity and its correlation with the KPI standards;
• calculation of employee errors;
• setting employee ratings;
• calculation of salary premiums

Operational data on the production of employees or teams can be displayed on a monitor available in the warehouse area in real time.
